FLIPPER REMOTE is an easy-to-use large button universal remote built for elderly or partially-sighted users.
Having multiple remotes can quickly get confusing, especially for viewers with partial eyesight or difficulty finding small buttons. By combining TV and cable/satellite controls into one easy-to-use device, Flipper reduces demand on caretaker time and gets elderly users back in charge of their viewing experience.
How does it work?
One-Touch on/off works both the TV and set top box
Flipper's simple, universal power switch makes it easy for users to get straight to their shows. Each remote is preset to Motorola cable boxes, but is compatible with all major TVs and cable/satellite sets.
Volume controls operate the TV only
No more guessing at which remote will actually change the TV's volume! Large volume buttons control television volume, and television volume only.
Channel buttons operate the set top box
Two big buttons are all that Flipper owners need to change channels. No wheels, no touch screens, and no rows of tiny, confusing symbols.
Locking set-up prevents accidental reprogramming
There's nothing more frustrating then accidentally reprogramming settings – especially when a tech-challenged viewer needs to make an late-night call for help to set them straight again. The Flipper's locking set-up keeps settings secure until you're ready to change them.
Program up to 30 favorite programs for quick access
Avoid channel confusion by saving a small number of select stations. The Flipper makes it easy to store up to 30 preferred channels, and pull them up with the touch of a button.
Hides set up buttons to simply remote when needed.
